Emergency Products LLC, based in St Albans, Vt. is a fully factory authorized dealer for all Emergency One products. We are
proud to have been an E-One dealer since 1988. We cover the entire State of Vermont, the New York counties of Franklin, Essex
and Clinton as well as Sullivan, Grafton, Belknap, Carroll and Coos counties in New Hampshire.
Parts inventory and
service facilities are also maintained in St. Albans, Vt.; although our goal is to provide the most complete in-station service
as possible. We understand the difficulty in today’s fire service to move a vehicle from your station to a service facility.
We are equipped to do electrical, pump, plumbing and mechanical service in your firehouse. Our staff of service personnel
under the direction of Jay Whitcomb have Hale, Waterous and E-One electrical and mechanical factory training and are capable
of resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Paint and body repairs are handled either at a mutual agreeable contract facility
or at a factory service center. This arrangement results in the customer receiving service from in-state personnel on the
fastest possible schedule. No more waiting for weeks for service to come from out of the area or having to move your vehicle
out to a facility!!
A complete level 1 parts inventory is maintained. This covers common plumbing, electrical and body
parts. Any part needed for an out of service condition is available on an overnight basis, either from our inventory, the
factory or the vendor.

sales duties are handled by Dan Desorcie, Ray Bushey and Garth Brooks. Combined they have over 75 years of Emergency Services
experience to assist you in the engineering, specifying, purchasing and servicing of the highest value vehicles for your department.
